Mentez is the largest social gaming publisher in South America and one of its corporate investors is New York-based business capital company Insight Venture Partners. Jeff Horing, Insight’s Founding Partner and Managing Director, will manage Insight’s interests in the company by being part of Mentez’s Board of Directors. Mentez currently handles over seven social games on Facebook and more than twenty one social games in Orkut, the major social network in Brazil, and has over 22 million active players every week. The funding made by Jeff Horing and Insight in Mentez will assist the social gaming company in growing its portfolio of social games to take advantage of the broad market opportunities in Latin America.
